"I enrolled my lab cross, Titan, with Vetinsurance as soon as I adopted him. He was as
healthy as can be until he turned around 9 months old. That's when the mysterious
scratching started, followed by chronic ear infections and hot spots. Titan was
allergic to cats and house dust mites! The only two options were to either get rid of
the cats and vacuum the house 5 days a week (which was NOT going to happen), or try
treatment with weekly allergy serum injections and medication. The medication started
to work immediately and I'm happy to report that after almost 3 yrs of weekly treatment
injections, Titan is no longer on his allergy medication and the cats can cuddle up with him as
closely as they want without sending him into an itchy frenzy! The cost of the allergy
serum and medication over the past few years was expensive. If I hadn't enrolled “Titan”
with Vetinsurance, I would have been faced with a very difficult decision. I have made a total of 30
claims with Vetinsurance over the past few years. The process has always been simple, I receive my

"I am writing to you to thank you for processing Samson's claims so incredibly quickly.
I now am a walking ad for your company. I have always owned cats and a dog, but never
considered insuring them.
Samson comes from excellent lineage, but things happen, and when I got him I thought I had better look into insurance. The vet actually told me your company seemed a cut above - responsive, professional and fair. I went for it. I especially liked the $20,000 coverage, few questions asked. Well, as luck would NOT have it, Samson has had some pretty bad luck. He got pneumonia as a younger pup, and it maybe never quite went away. He collapsed recently and required a LONG time in the emergency clinic. After medication had little luck, lung surgery was performed. I cannot tell you how incredibly traumatic this was for my three kids, and for me. The care provided was amazing, and as the bills mounted, I kept clinging to the fact that mostly, I was insured for Samson. It made a HUGE difference to our ability to cope with this crisis. In the middle of all this, I called to clarify my coverage. Not only were your people efficient in explaining things to me, but they also asked if there was anything they could do to help, fax a form over, whatever. "Contrary to what might have been, Bentley is fit, healthy and in all respects
behaving like the big puppy he is.
The whole experience has made me far less cynical. In the first instance to my wife for going ahead, in spite of my protestations, and purchasing insurance for Bentley from your company; and secondly to your company for the support and encouragement you provided as we proceeded to work our way through the entire amount of the policy coverage in putting Bentley back together after his dreadful accident and complicated recovery. At every step of the process you exhibited genuine concern for us and gave no resistance or pushback to the very expensive claim that resulted. Furthermore when all was said and done, with the coverage exhausted, you were pleased to terminate the policy and issue a new one, without premium penalty, so that Bentley will have coverage should some other accident or illness befall him."

eating anything left on the counter. Our puppy is our pride and joy. She offers an

Although we love her, she's been known to get into some trouble! When she ate an entire chocolate cake and we had to rush her to the veterinarian.
